After reaching the first million units sold, the first reports of Xbox One faults have been reaching the social media. A hefty number of Xbox One users' consoles have bricked right after installing the first mandatory update, whilst others have reported to having a faulty Bluray Reader and disc tray straight out of the box. There has also been reports of some consoles displaying a 'green screen of death' which makes the console completely useless.
The failure rate is yet to be revealed, but judging from the media uproar it feels like its going to be higher than the Playstation 4's low 0.4%. Microsoft have stated that the only way to solve these problems is by bringing the faulty device over to their customer support for repair.
