Debt ridden French Mass Media company Vivendi is looking the sell Activision Blizzard to pay back part of the $15.5 Billion the company owes. Vivendi currently owns 60% of Activision Blizzard, which is worth approximately $10 Billion, and potential buyers include Microsoft and Time Warner. Both parties failed to comment regarding the proposal, and nothing is sure at this point. Vivendi's core industry is Music and Television, and even though Activision Blizzard is one of the strongest publishers out there, selling it might jut save the company.
