Uplay Hacked

Russian hackers have apparently managed to crack Ubisoft's online store, Uplay, and downloaded several titles from the server completely free. The hackers even managed to get their hands on Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon which was present on the servers. The hackers fooled Uplay's download system by making it think that the account already has purchased the title, allowing the user to re-download every title in the archive.

Ubisoft noticed the intrusion once a youtube video leaking the gameplay footage from Blood Dragon was posted on youtube. Ubisoft issued a statement informing the public that the issue is being tackled, and that no personal information from the database has been mishandled. All PC download features shall be unavailable until the problem is solved, yet all other Uplay features will be available.
