The first trailer for Maxis' fourth installment in their life-simulator series, Sims 4, has been released during this year's Gamescom conferences. The title is set to introduce more emotions, and also multitasking to the sims. Sims customization has been improved, adding more manipulation points on the sims' bodies, and will also allow easier home customizations, by offering pre designed rooms for homes. The title will not follow Simcity's disastrous 'always online' model following the massive complaints received.
The Sims is one of gaming history's most successful PC franchises, selling more than 150 Million copies world wide. The Sims 4 is set to hit the PC platform at an unconfirmed date next year.
