Sony yesterday announced they will be releasing a Playsation branded 24″ 3D Full HD TV and PS branded 3D glasses. The TV is intended for the gaming market and the best feature ever seen on a TV is the multiplayer mode which actually views two seperate full screen images (in Full HD) for two seperate players eliminating the need for split screen. The high end glasses have a very confortable design and features include the minimization of 3D crosstalk and the glasses actually reduce drastically the 3D ghosting effect . The glass also sport built-in rechargeable batteries which allow up to 30 hours of gameplay.
The TV will be available in the US this fall and will cost $499 and will include the TV, Resistance 3, a pair of High quality 3D glasses, and an HDMI cable.
