Just under a week ago Technoblog released some images for an upcoming new slim version of the PS3 console, which is currently undergoing FCC approval testing. The documentation along with the images confirmed that the console is identical in electrical specification apart from the HDD. Sony have failed to confirm or deny the validity of these images, but since several gaming conferences are approaching we might have a definite answer.
