SCE have officially announced the debut of their new Playstation 3 console, which has undergone a hard core diet and a face lift, and has seen the return of the piano black finish. The new PS3 will come in two versions, one boasting 500GB of storage and a cheaper version sporting a tiny 12Gb hard disk, which can be upgraded via an external 5inch SATA drive and mounting bracket. The consoles will retail at 299 euros and 229 euros respectively, and the 500Gb will be bundled with EA's FIFA 13. As a special offer for the launch of the new console, several first and third party titles will be available for purchase for 14.99 euros through PSN or 19.99 euro from any leading retail store. The consoles will hit the shelves this September the 28th.
