SCE have officially confirmed last week's Amazon France's leak and announced Killzone Trilogy. The title will include the 720p HD re-mastered version of the first title in the series (which will also support trophies) and both the following titles which were released for the current console generation. All of the map packs which were available for both Killzone 2 and 3 will be included in this package. Killzone 1 has received some tweaks to the controls and the frame rate has been upped to 30fps. Multiplayer mode is only available on split screen for Killzone 1 and it will not be Move compatible. Killzone 1 HD will be available for purchase separately from the Playstation Network upon release. The trilogy is set to hit the stores on the 23rd October and will retail for $39.99.
