Epic Games announced that their upcoming new IP Fortnite, which was announced during the last VGAs, will be the first title to make use of the new Unreal Engine 4. The co-op survival title is slated for a 2013 release, and since no current gen consoles can harness Unreal Engine 4, the title will be a PC exclusive.
