With the April 14th launch date looming on the horizon, Square Enix release a new trailer for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. The trailer gives us a rundown of all the new features the Playstation 4 port will feature; including Vita Remote play and the DS4 touchpad used to control the cursor. Just like the Playstation 3 version the game can be played using a mouse and keyboard. Game director Naoki Yoshida has stated that the biggest difference between both versions is the massive improvement in the visual aspect.
The Playstation 4 open beta testing will be running from February the 22nd till March the 3rd followed by another session running from the 4th till the 7th of April.
