TV Service providers DISH have just announced at the CES conferences, that an application for the PS3 and PS4 platforms is currently in the works, and will bring live TV and DVR Recordings to the consoles this year. The application will be launching this first half of 2014, and will allow subscribers to enjoy an identical experience offered by the company's Hopper enabled Joey. It will work in tandem with the Dish hardware, allowing users to access content via their network, and awesomely enough, the application can not only be controlled via dual shock controllers, but also via the standard Dish remote control. The application will be demoed on the show floor of CES later this week.
