F.3.E.R. development team Day 1 have just laid off 95% of its workforce after loosing it's publishing deal with Konami for the upcoming Silent Scope Sequel. All the employees made redundant were working on the Silent Scope project, but Konami had other plans and declined all previous negotiations and deals. This might just be the end of the road for Day 1, who unfortunately have been hit by the storm engulfing the gaming industry which is leading all indie and small games developers to their demise.
