Earlier today someone in the industry leaked some information surrounding the next installment in the popular Assassin's Creed series. An anonymous tipster sent Kotaku an image showing marketing material for the next installment in the franchise, which will be titled Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag. The poster depicts an Assassin fighting off Pirates on the front, and a Map a the Carribean at the back. The title will feature a brand new character, Edward Kenway (father of AC3's Haytham Kenway) who's an Assassin and also a Pirate. The title will be expanding on the well received sailing and naval battle segments featured in Assassin's Creed 3, and will be set in the Carribean, spanning on several Islands including Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Cuba. Ubisoft are set to be officially announcing information surrounding the Assassin's Creed franchise later on today to selected representatives from the press and their investors.
