Sources close to EA's Visceral Studios Montreal have revealed that the Army of Two franchise shall be rebooted in the near future, in a bid to revive the franchise. Rumor has it that Dice are helping out in the development of the game, and the title will be using the Frostbite 2 engine (used in BF3 and NFS: The Run). This unique third person action shooter title will revolve around four leading characters (there might be the need for a name change though), and will focus mainly on co-op just like the previous installments. EA failed to comment on this report, but this rumor seems to be spot on, especially after Visceral Studios Montreal's recent job listings.
